Zur Durchführung der Bewerbe zur Ermittlung der offiziellen Sport Austria-Platzierungen in insgesamt 11 Performing Arts Tanzsport Disziplinen wurden die Veranstalter @asdu_international, @andc_dwc_austria, @vibe.internationalofficial und @oesdv_tanzsport vom APAD beauftragt
In ausgewählten Disziplinen werden bei diesen Bewerben die offiziellen Österreichischen Meister:innen ermittelt. Aufteilung siehe: APAD/Meisterschaft
Mehrfachmeldungen sind bei diesen Bewerben selbstverständlich weiterhin grundsätzlich erlaubt.
So kann zB ein Stück in der Disziplin „Commercial“ sowohl bei ASDU als auch bei ANDC antreten und wird in beiden Bewerben regulär gewertet. Für die Sport Austria-Platzierung zählt jedoch ausschließlich der jeweils offiziell zuständige Bewerb (im Fall von „Commercial“: ASDU. Dasselbe gilt etwa für „klassisches Ballett“, das zwar bei drei Bewerben geführt wird, dessen offizieller Ausrichter jedoch VIBE ist.
Nicht erlaubt sind jedoch sogenannte Kreuzmeldungen! Diese führen ausnahmslos zu einer DISQUALIFIKATION!
zB:
ein Stück tritt bei A.S.D.U in der Kategorie „Open“ an und exakt gleich beim Bewerb ANDC in der Disziplin „Showstopper“. Oder beim Bewerb VIBE in der Kategorie „neoklassisches Ballett“ und bei A.S.D.U. in „Open“
Der Grund dafür ist klar: In den Ergebnislisten von Sport Austria kann ein und derselbe Beitrag nicht in zwei unterschiedlichen sportlichen Disziplinen platziert sein. Andernfalls wären die 11 Performing-Arts-Tanzsportdisziplinen in ihrer Abgrenzung nicht mehr eindeutig, da identische Beiträge mehrfach gewertet würden.
Was bedeutet das für Teilnehmende?
1. Lest die Kriterien der einzelnen Bewerbe und Disziplinen sorgfältig & meldet eure Stücke gezielt dort an, wo sie stilistisch hingehören
2. Plant eure Beiträge so, dass sie klar einer Disziplin zuzuordnen sind & nicht mehreren Disziplinen gleichzeitig entsprechen.
3. In „Grenzfällen“, bei denen stilistische Überschneidungen kaum zu vermeiden sind (zB „Open“ & „Production Number“ bei A.S.D.U. bzw. „Showstopper“ bei ANDC), entscheidet euch bewusst für EINEN Bewerb und vermeidet damit das Risiko einer Disqualifikation!

The organisers @asdu_international, @andc_dwc_austria, @vibe.internationalofficial and @oesdv_tanzsport were commissioned by APAD to hold competitions to determine the official Sport Austria rankings in a total of 11 performing arts dance sport disciplines.
In selected disciplines, the official Austrian champions will be determined at these competitions. For the breakdown, see: APAD/Championship
Multiple entries are of course still permitted in these competitions.
For example, a piece in the ‘Commercial’ discipline can compete in both ASDU and ANDC and will be scored regularly in both competitions. However, only the officially responsible competition counts for the Sport Austria ranking (in the case of ‘Commercial’: ASDU. The same applies to ‘classical ballet’, for example, which is listed in three competitions, but whose official organiser is VIBE.
However, so-called cross entries are not permitted!
These will result in DISQUALIFICATION without exception!
e.g.:
a piece competes at A.S.D.U. in the ‘Open’ category and exactly the same at the ANDC competition in the “Showstopper” discipline. Or at the VIBE competition in the ‘Neoclassical Ballet’ category and at A.S.D.U. in ‘Open’.
The reason for this is clear: in Sport Austria's results lists, the same entry cannot be placed in two different sporting disciplines. Otherwise, the 11 performing arts dance disciplines would no longer be clearly defined, as identical entries would be judged multiple times.
What does this mean for participants?
1. Read the criteria for each competition and discipline carefully and register your pieces specifically where they belong stylistically.
2. Plan your entries so that they can be clearly assigned to one discipline and do not correspond to several disciplines at the same time.
3. In ‘borderline cases’ where stylistic overlaps are almost unavoidable (e.g. “Open” & ‘Production Number’ at A.S.D.U. or ‘Showstopper’ at ANDC), make a conscious decision to enter ONE competition and thus avoid the risk of disqualification!
